At GoFLAVA we pride ourselves on being authentic and transparent with all our customers. Over the last few years, we have built a community of like-minded people who have entrusted us to add a little spice to their lives. Everyone deserves to experience the incredible flavours that have created some of the most excellent household Caribbean dishes.

At the forefront of GoFLAVA is its two young founders M and M, who are passionate about making soul food. Both founders were raised in a Caribbean and South American household, so this has given the company first-hand knowledge of the key elements that make up these traditional meals.
