Well layered with a variety of seasonings and herbs (thyme, cane vinegar, pepper, raisins and orange peel) and contained in oak barrels. Sweet-tasting hot sauce that goes well with light side dishes. Easily deemed an everyday sauce and a great replacement for any tomato sauce. Great smell, likened to a BBQ sauce with good viscosity and would make for a classic dipping sauce.
