Order fulfilment and delivery:

To fulfil your orders, we use a trusted third-party supplier: Jassgold Limited. They only receive the information that is relevant to picking, packing and dispatching your order. This information is not stored by them and is only used to fulfil your order. All information is kept on a secure server. Any issues relating to the order including queries, deliveries, and stocking issues, are all managed by Tropical Sun Foods. We will liaise with Jassgold Limited to address any of these issues to ensure a smooth delivery of services to you.

What are your rights?

​If at any point you believe the information we process on you is incorrect, you can request to see this information and even have it corrected or deleted. If you wish to raise a complaint about how we have handled your personal data, you can contact our Data Protection Officer who will investigate the matter.
